I mistakenly worried about reviews
Was so concerned after reading the reviews, placed an order for a travel system on the 6th February, I then checked the reviews and was concerned so messaged the company on the 7th who reassured me order received. 8th feb had confirmation due to be delivered this afternoon. Great customer service thank you

I bought a Mamas and papas product from this company and they didn't give an update after I waited for weeks even though the item was listed as in stock on their website at the time of purchase. My email requests for an update regarding my order have gone unanswered for days.
I then decided to call them up and I was placed on hold for hours. I don't think this company can't manage a large volume of orders. You can tell they're understaffed and not investing time and money to get a better system. They're clueless, they make up random dates of when we should expect our order.
I did speak to a manager after a month of delays and multiple emails back and forth and days of struggling to get through on the phone. The experience of dealing with the manager was just as frustrating as being placed on hold for long periods of time. When I did finally speak with the manager he wouldn't let me speak, I could barely get a word in. He spoke soo much nonsense at a rapid pace that I wanted him off the phone and wanted a refund immediately because I felt drained from his over-talking at me and his argumentative attitude was quite confrontational. Completely no way to speak to a customer. This company is full of excuses, lies, and false promises and severely lacks the professionalism to engage with its customers.
There are tons of alternative companies that offer better service. Baby planet might have cheaper prices compared to the rest but the headache and stress this company causes pregnant women is downright shameful and morally wrong. The little money you save is not worth the headache this company causes. I'd rather pay a little bit more, and get a better service than deal with a company like this ever again.
The reviews are a WARNING, they're all genuine and this company will not change until we stop the support. I'd strongly recommend you keep far, far away from this horrible company and shop elsewhere.

Do not order from this company - check out their docial media pages and reviews for a true picture of just how little they care about cistomers. Took my money over a month ago but can’t be bothered to answer any of my requests for help as to why my order not received

Do not order from this company!! I stupidly ordered from their website without doing any research do not make the same mistake as me. Ordered a travel system from this company 10 weeks ago, they said it would take around 4 weeks to be delivered. 4 weeks had passed and there was no communication whatsoever, when I reached out to them they said that they tried to deliver but no one was in, this was not true, contacted DHL who they said tried to deliver the items and they confirmed they hadn’t received any items nor tried to deliver any. Contacted baby planet again and they said they will send out another one.. this never happened. The only reason I managed to get the money back was because I paid through PayPal and was able to dispute it on there.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
I messaged the Derby branch on Facebook on Monday to see if they had any nursing chairs in stock at the moment - no reply. I wanted to check because Derby City centre is a nightmare and paying £2.80 to park quickly to nip in & see if they have any chairs, no one has money to waste these days! Tried calling several times - no answer.
So reluctantly, I braved the city centre traffic & went into the Derby branch on Tuesday afternoon to look for nursery chairs!
So there’s 1 sat at the back, tagged up, £99 - Collection Only! So I thought, brilliant! Went to ask if I could buy it. No. Why not? It’s not for sale? Why not? Because we don’t sell it anymore and are waiting for a new edition to be brought out. Ok, but I’ve just been sat on this chair, looked at the price tag and it clearly says £99 - Collection Only. No, sorry, it’s not for sale. So I left the store!
I emailed Baby Planet on the Tuesday afternoon regarding this matter. No acknowledgment of the email, no reply, no nothing! I am pissed off beyond words with this company!!
1. If you’re not selling something & it’s not being manufactured or sold anymore & won’t be the same as the new edition, why have it on the shop floor??? And why have a labelled up price tag stating for collection only???
2. Your whole company relies on customers, so why is your customer service so utterly shameful?!?!
I will 100000000% NOT be shopping with baby planet again, even if it was the last shop on earth!!!

Ordered on the 9th january rang the store 26th januaryi was 7th in the que waited 40 minutes to speak to advisor was told it would be dispatched begining of this week as of today still no delivery

Further to my previous 1* review i want to share what happened next.
Our nusery furniture was eventually arranged for delivery a week after our baby was born (despite being told when we purchased it that it would arrive long before she was due)
All looked good but upon further inspection several of the pieces were damaged, chipped or marked.
Didnt really have a chioce but to continue building the wardroabe etc becasue we were desperate to put all her clothes away and finially have our nursery close to ready. Contacted customer sevices (i use this term very very lightly) who were less than helpful to say the least.
We have decided to draw a line under this whole ordeal and just deal with the furniture as it is and look to the positives of finially having out baby girl here with us.
But for one last time i emplore anyone reading this to really really think about placing your order with these people. There are some really lovely companys out there, and yes they might be slightly more expensive but ultimatly you get for what you pay for. And with this company you will almost certainly get the shopping equivilant of a large dog bum sausage in the eye.
You have been warned.

Visited the Derby branch today, the staff were all really friendly, knowledgeable and were there to provide assistance where needed. Good range of different brands of prams and cribs

Not sure why there are so many poor reviews, I ordered on the 24th of Jan and spoke to Katrina @ customer services on the 25th as I had seen the poor reviews and she confirmed the order and that items would arrive today.
Arrived just now 26th Jan ...would I recommend...yes I would

Sent the wrong thing. Said they would refund me money to make up for the inconvenience. Been 24 days and still not heard anything. Chased them up with email's multiple times.

Ordered a pram bundle online... item in stock with a delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. To cut a long story short, 3 different despatch dates came & went with no pram. 5 emails & 3 phone calls later & it transpires in stock doesn't actually mean they have the item & they are chasing their supplier. I cancelled my order. Funnily enough I then get a call 2 hours later from their warehouse to say the pram was there & they could send it out immediately. Really? How convenient. Too many false promises... My cancellation still stands. Only good thing is they have refunded my money promptly. If you don't want stress order elsewhere

I ordered a changing bag on the 10th of Jan (24th today), one delivery says 1-3 days and another 5-7 working days. Both of which have passed. Still on hold to them after an hour as I type this. I also emailed on Friday with no response. Absolute joke of a company given they are mostly selling to pregnant woman who do not need that stress. Shameful.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Order turned up weeks late and when it did there were bits missing which I am still waiting for! To make it worse one of the items was faulty and I have spent weeks trying to get through to the customer care team. They never answer via phone and respond after a week via email and then just ask more questions and then you have to wait another week.
